What people ask.
If your question is not here, send us a message.
Yes. Both are native. French copy is written in French, not translated from English, because what sounds right in one language is often not right in the other. Structure, rhythm, reference points, and what counts as a compelling argument vary significantly between French-speaking and English-speaking audiences. If you need bilingual copy, each version is produced separately.
Yes, this is most of the work. Before writing anything, we study your existing content carefully and ask specific questions about register, formality, reference points, and things you specifically do not want to say. The brief process is designed to capture this accurately. If the first draft misses something, the revision round addresses it specifically, not generically.
Standard delivery depends on the plan: Voice delivers in 4 business days from a confirmed brief; Story in 8 business days; Legacy on a schedule we agree to at the start. Rush 48h delivery is available as an add-on for single-deliverable Voice projects and most Story projects. Turnaround depends on brief quality: a clear brief delivers faster than a vague one.
Contact us and describe what you need. We write copy for a wide range of formats and contexts. If it is something we can genuinely do well, we will say so and give you a scope and timeline. If it is something that would be better served by a different specialist, we will tell you that too. We do not take on work we cannot execute properly.
The portfolio section shows selected case studies with measurable outcomes. We do not post client copy without permission, which means some of our best work is not publicly visible. If you are in a specific niche and want to know whether we have relevant experience, ask us directly. We can often share examples under NDA or describe relevant work without attribution.
Payment in full is required via Stripe before work begins. After payment, you receive a confirmation and a brief confirmation questionnaire or call booking within one business day. Work begins after your brief is confirmed, not immediately after payment. The brief confirmation step exists to make sure we both agree on scope before time is spent on the wrong thing.
