Four phases. Every project.

The same process every time, regardless of size or format. Predictability produces better writing.

01 Brief & Kickoff

You send us a detailed brief using our template, or we schedule a 30-minute call to go through it together. Either way, we leave knowing exactly what you need, who your reader is, and what the copy needs to accomplish. No guessing, no assumptions.

02 Research & Voice

We study your existing content, your audience, your competitors if relevant, and the specific platform or format the copy will live on. Podcast show notes have different conventions than app store descriptions. Course sales pages behave differently from crowdfunding campaigns. We write for the right context.

03 Draft & Delivery

First draft arrives on the agreed date with a short note explaining the key decisions: why this headline, why this structure, why this opener. You can review against the brief clearly, not just react to it emotionally. Feedback is incorporated in the revision round, not as a free-form negotiation.

04 Final & Handover

After revisions, you receive the final version in your preferred format with a brief handover note covering how to adapt or extend the copy going forward. If something comes up after delivery that is within the original scope, we address it. The project ends when the copy is actually working, not just when it is delivered.
